These terms govern use of the link-shortening service at lilac-orbit.com and app.lilac-orbit.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using a short link you agree to these terms.
The Service lets registered users create short links, QR codes and view click analytics. It is a self-hosted instance of the open-source Dub software, provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time.
You sign in with a Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.
You may not use the Service to link to or distribute content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, contains malware, is used for phishing or fraud, or is otherwise abusive. We may disable links or accounts that violate this section without notice.
You keep all rights to the destinations and metadata you add. You grant us the right to store and serve them as needed to operate the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
